I've Could have sworn that the Clone Saga happens after He and MJ Got Married lol.
Anyways, My Main Problem is that the Story is too Complicated for something like the MCU for it to work unless they made it into a TV Show like what the Cartoon Spidey did in the 90's. Even Then It's simply too long of a arc for just one Movie/TV Show . It would need like 9 or so Movies or TV Show in order to completely tells the whole story and I don't think that Holland would wants to do that many movies plus the Avengers Movie and maybe some Spider-Verse Movies as well. That is simply too much for one Character Story lol.
Except he has made plenty of enemies even in the MCU already.
And no, the first clone was at the point of well... Turning Point. Where Gwen Stacy and Captain Stacy died, the Jackal's obsessions with Gwen and clones was around that point, etc.
And yeah, it's way too long and complicated an arc and the Webb movies were legit fools if they thought that this plan would've worked. As it's own self-contained series as a part of Sony's deal with Amazon though... you might get a good show around that if done right.
I guess it really depends on which version Sony uses
But personally I say Jessica should be mainstream
Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman
I mean both are great characters, but yeah, it'll lean towards Jessica from Ultimate due to her being the only one not connected to IP they don't own. Unless they can figure out a negotiation like Fox with Wanda and Quicksilver being used on the Avengers.
Cause yeah, while we see a Jessica Drew in the Spider-Verse movies who very much takes a few influences from 616, (being pregnant, her costume, etc) they give her Peter Parker's abilities in other ways. Which is funny when Miles also has bio-electric powers similar to Jessica Drew's typical arsenal. Minus the pheremones and flight.
Mainstream, no question.
Pretty sure mainstream can't be used by Marvel Studios
It can if a deal is made like with Spidey and his various foes.
Jessica Drew. I would be cool with her debuting in the MCU as an agent of S.A.B.E.R. or as a private detective.
They never did confirm what canon that Spider-Woman movie Olivia Wilde was attached to is, MCU or Sony's.
Spider-Woman is a character shared by Marvel Studios and Sony so she can be used in the MCU.

I like ultimate better design wise
What do you think?
