Would be a wasted opportunity to at least tease their later roles. MJ and her own careers in comics and media even without Peter for the time being, and Ned slowly reaching to the point of becoming the Hobgoblin.
I’ll be fine. However, I’ll also be fine if they do the opposite.
I think what should happen is that Ned will realize that his memories are fake and become the hobgoblin... something along the lines of Ned being pissed and trying to kill Spider-man
What should happen in my opionion...
Ned gets all his memories back EXCEPT for the person under the spiderman mask (cuz peter doesnt exist) so he remebers going to school with spiderman, but all of his class mates say that never happened, and his 1st friend was MJ... but ned remembers it, finds spiderman on a rooftop, and spiderman denies everything BUT spiderman says goodbye ned without ned ever saying his name to spiderman... this is ned's villain arc...
Obviously in SP4 he shoudlnt be the main villain, but a supporintg villian similar to harry osborn in TASM2... figures it our halfway into the movie... and he finds out a prototype suit green goblin made while he was still on this universe. and bom hobgiblin story.
I think spiderman 4 shoudl focus on Scorpion and venom.
Have symbiote spiderman injure scorpion to the point where he begs for mercy... and then peter realizes what teh symbiote is... (IDK how to write a symbiotes story...)
I mean that is kind of it. Minus the symbiote gradually doing so typically. As it isolates Peter from everyone in his life.
Venom should be treated like more of a big deal then he was in Rami Spider-Man 3. He's need to be Spidey's Next Major Big Bad for the next trilogy. You Can Reference Eddie Brock or even Flash but neither of them should the main focus be on in SM4.
No.
I mean as long as Sony's got an entire franchise focused on adapting his comics career in the 90s post-Spidey, we aren't going to get Eddie Brock.
How would it ruin the ending when they don't even know who Peter Parker is?
