Green Goblin concept art

This leaked a few days ago. I’m sure a lot of people wouldn’t have liked this if it had actually happened, I saw someone call this “iron boy sr.” I personally think having green goblin become the iron goblin at the end of no way home would’ve been a good way to show the interconnected world, giving him the classic purple and green suit but with iron man armor. This is way more interesting than what actually happened in the movie where he robs a random military base and could’ve even been a nod to when he becomes iron patriot in the comics.

Would you have liked to see this?

Ehh Probably not as that is an another Spider-Man villain somehow connected to the Stark's Family and it wouldn't make any sense at all. With the exception of Happy cause he was dating May at the time, this movie needed to be as far as possible from the Starks.

Maybe if it had been Osborn taking the Iron Patriot armor, as a reference to the Dark Reign era.

Honestly, I do like how i Spider-Man: Homecoming the Vulture's crew took on technology from previous movies to make their weapons, like how Shocker's gauntlet is repurposed from Crossbones'.

Had they kept this for say Green Goblin, I wouldn't have been against it, though this and the Dark Elf one are now only a concept and not part of the film.

@Angel Gro The original Iron Patriot armour no longer exists. It’s the War Machine Mark 2 design painted over and, as seen in Age of Ultron, it has since been returned to its original design.

Another possibility though is him taking the War Machine Mark 5 armour since that has a red and blue design and is not destroyed.
