I noticed Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is under the "Featuring Nick Fury" category on Disney+ for those wanting to catch up on Fury's life before watching Secret Invasion. I believe this is the first time a Marvel Television show was referenced as being part of the MCU on Disney+

I saw Agents of S.H.I.E.LD. in the Marvel section of Disney+ long before the addition of Nick Fury.

The person is referring to how in a section labelled “Nick Fury appears” (or something like that), Agents of Shield was there.

This is a departure from previous activity, considering Agents of Shield wasn’t on the MCU timeline. The fact it’s acknowledged with other MCU stuff is what’s new, not simply showing up in the Marvel section (which has stuff that definitely aren’t MCU, like all the old Spider Man shows).

Again I don't think the shows like AOS or even Daredevil would ever be put on Disney+ timeline because it would be impossible to set them all unless you split them up in sections. They Struggled to find a place to put Loki in it and that's only one season lol.

someone told that the Marvel section in Disney+ had stuff that was definitely not MCU.

I was telling that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. seemed to not belong with any of those.

from checking, the non-MCU live action productions in Disney+'s Marvel section seem to be the following::

Spider-Man
X-Men
Deadpool

from my understanding, no characters from them appeared in AOS nor any characters from AOS appeeared in them.

and unless I am mistaken, no cast/crew in common between AOS and them.
