Loki is actually immediately after Endgame chronologically, so yes you can start watching it before No Way Home.

I don't know who's telling you you should watch No Way Home first. Loki is complicated to place chronologically but there's no reason you should have to watch No Way Home first, since Loki came out first and is to all story purposes "set before" (it's not set in linear time, but referring to the way the story threads work) as well.

I think you should watch Loki first. Loki’s events directly allow No Way Home to even happen.

I'm rewatching chronologicaly right now and I watched Loki right after Endgame, but still haven't gotten to No Way Home because I placed it further down the line (only after WandaVision, TFATWS, What if...?, Shang-Chi, Eternals and Hawkeye). My order is probably wrong, I kinda based it on several different sources and the placing of everything after Endgame becomes really complicated in a hurry. Also, I'm only watching the MCU and not other Marvel films, but I guess it would be right to place Venom 2 right before NWH.
