I doubt that there will be a 3rd one because I’ve seen Brie Larson’s interviews and articles about not wanting to be Captain Marvel anymore.I just hope that she’ll be determined to continue for her fans after The Marvels.

Where has she said that? She seems very passionate about the character from what I've seen. Also, I think any movie that gets a sequel, will also get a threequel.

It depends on whether its a solo CM movie or another team-up one.

The Marvels is really a sequel to Captain Marvel, but also to Ms. Marvel show, and a subplot to WandaVision. So would they ever even give Captain Marvel her own self titled film again? That might be dependent on how this film does.

Who knows it depends on what happens in The Marvels and what happens to her in The Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars
