If Howard stark had all the same materials of as Tony and the blueprints for an arc reactor, do you think Howard could make suits and weapons on par with Tony? Cause being smart runs in the family, I think. I mean he did create Captain America and in an alternative timeline the Hydra Stomper, which basically had an overpowered arc reactor inside.

I looked up Howard Stark. He first appeared and died in the same issue. How cool that Marvel and especially the MCU have made so much out of a character who could have been a footnote.
