It's the legal issue that's the probably the problem. It's why you rarely sees any of Spidey's MCU Suits as Toys. If Sony's ain't making any money off it then you aren't simply getting it lol.

Could be argued he customized it slightly given that Tony's been long dead in the apocalypse and all.

I would note as well that Peter Parker here doesn't look a whole lot like Tom Holland. I am aware most What If characters are kinda modeled after their live-action counterparts, but here Spider-Man doesn't seem very Tom Holland like, imo.

I mean not all of them did. This was more What If kinda not doing their idea the best. Which is the MCU version of the What If styling of replicate entirely.

@IronWidowMaikuB Sorry, but the gallery of Tom's Spidey-suit is so big because they need as many suits so they can make merchandise out of it.

I do believe it's because Sony holds the rights to the use of the other Spider-Man suits in film and media, so this is one of the only versions Disney and Marvel Studios is able to use without Sony's involvement. Correct me if I'm wrong.
