Earth-199999 AKA Earth-MCU
Earth-199999. They should've called it that in Multiverse of Madness to avoid confusion.
It’s 616. 199999 has been retconned.
It’s different multiverse than in the comics. In MCU there’s only one America Chavez and zero Darkholds. The idea of 199999 was fitting before MCU’s plot stated that it’s in another multiverse. So because it’s another multiverse the core timeline within this multiverse can very easily have the number “616”. And it’s the only number that has been given to the MCU onscreen: by Selvig, Mysteryo, TVA (the most trustworthy source) and Christine along with Feige himself. The number 199999 never has been given to the MCU on screen. Only in Across the Spider-Verse, but it’s just an easter egg. In this animated movie they also call Miles’ universe 1610 (like in Ultimate comics) and Peter B. Parker’s 616 which is not true if you compare them to comics (but could fit only if you consider Spider-Verse movies as another different multiverse)
616 is just what Christine designated it and perhaps there are some universes she isn’t even aware of yet, so it’s subjective. 199999 is the accurate objective designation.
It is both. From the MCU point of view, they are Earth-616.
@Marvelus That's the perfect awnser and I think the thing that's closest to what Marvel would say. The people of the MCU and other universe close (like Earth-838), call it 616. Outside people, like Spider-Man 2099 from ATSV, will call it Earth-199999.
I think the Illuminati of Earth-838 designate it as Earth-616, but the rest of the multiversal organizations designate it Earth-199999.

TVA also labels the prime MCU reality as "616".
