On Scarlet Witch's page, why does it say "Wanda Maximoff is a native of Sokovia"? I believe it should say "was" because she is presumed deceased.

She's still not dead and the key word is "Seemingly" .
Show me her dead lifeless corpse then I'll be 25% sure she's dead
Key word in your post, "presumed". We don't know, so she's listed as unknown until we get confirmation- and it's unlikely they'll have her die. So, for that reason, until we're explicitly told she's dead, that's not changing.
