Avengers Compound; What's Next?

So, I know that since the Avengers are now officially disbanded but what's going to happen with the Compound? Yes, there are still superheroes, including former members of the Avengers but are any of them actually going to use the Compound?

Rhodes probably has his own office as he's working with/for the US government, Hawkeye is retired (though Kate would absolutely geek out over the place, I doubt she's using the compound for anything), Carol is off-world, and most likely won't be using it when she is on Earth, and Hulk is... who knows, but I don't see him or any other member of the Avenger's just staying in the Compound.

I know in 2015, when it first opened, it was also being used by SHIELD as a training base/R&D facility, but due to its fluctuation in and out of public use I doubt they still use the Compound. So, Whats next?

Really? In that case your theories are correct. Otherwise, it remains under construction. It’ll take years to rebuild it.

I don't expect the Avengers to have an HQ like the compound

Unless Secret Invasion or Captain America: New World Order can provide a new HQ for the Avengers they might be on their own

The Avengers tower is going to belong to either Kang or FF while the compound might just stay in Tony/Pepper's Name until they need it for when the New Avengers form.

I think Kingpin is going to own Avengers Tower. Note how none of the scenes in Hawkeye showed the tower in the present day.

Ehh, I don't think so, Kingpin is still rebuilding after the Snapped and he was working out of a run down office in a middle of nowhere. He's has some of his Empire back but not all of it espiecially after Hawkeye lol.

@HPIZAWESOM I just looked at the end of Endgame, and the only time you see anything to do with the compound post battle is when Banner, Cap, Bucky, and Sam are setting up to send Cap back to return the Stones. It's all in the background. I hate to say it, but that looks more like a cleanup and salvage operation, not a rebuild. There's still much debris around for any kind of rebuild to be going on. Just saying.
