@Miya deen I'm assuming that you are talking about Male Taskmaster somehow being in charge of the Red Room with Dreykov still alive in which case loljustno. Dreykov would never have another strong Male in charge of the Red Room with him being Still alive, His Ego would never let it. It's why he sent Alexei to Jail after the Mission in Ohio. This Version of Taskmaster would always have been a Female no matter if it was Dreykov's Kid, Melina, Yelena, Madame B, or a variant of Natasha from another universe. Like it or Not The OG MCU Taskmaster would always be Female because quite simply it's make the most sense for the story they would telling about the Red Room.

They could've just had Dreykov run the Red Room and hired Tony Masters/Taskmaster as a bodyguard (as he is a mercenary in the comics, so being hired for the job isn't out of the ordinary). While the egocentric Dreykov believed himself to have command over the Red Room, he was no more than a puppet for Taskmaster who was the really the one in control. And if he had no more use for Dreykov/he found out, Taskmaster would've disposed of him. This is how it male Tasky could've worked for me, kinda like Pierce betraying Fury in Winter Soldier.

The more I think about Dreykov and how he used women, the twist should had been more obvious to me at the beginning. While I would rather seen Tony Masters, it didn’t fit with the story they were doing in Black Widow.

Except for the fact that you are missing the fact that Dreykov is actually pretty smart and weren't fall for that. Again You're precious Tony Masters can and probably will come into the MCU anyways. Also, I will keep on saying this that the only Male people that works at the Red Room are no Name Solders that are probably on loan from Putin anyways so they don't count. Everyone else in the Red Room are Female to please Dreykov's Massive Ego. Lastly, Antonia is as connected to Natasha as anyone else in the Red Room.

@Jordan isle Except not to the story they were telling in Black Widow. If Tony Masters would to show up in Black Widow, it would be like if suddenly Main Nebula Turned on the Avengers and rejoin her 2014 version of her Father in Endgame , It wouldn't make any sense at all.

"Antonia" is literally the female version of the name "Anthony "Tony"".

She is just a gender swapped version of Tony/Taskmaster, not a completely separate character. She is the real Taskmaster in the MCU. I don't think the MCU will have two Taskmasters with similar real names. It would be a curious coincidence.

She is confirmed to appear in Thunderbolts, there is no more mind control like in Black Widow, and 8-9 years later in-universe. There are chances for the character to become more interesting.
