Everyone has different views, Mine is that the Defenders Saga is in its own universe where Phases 1-3 still happened and the Daredevil in No Way Home and She-Hulk is a variant. This is based on the fact that the Tracksuit Mafia should exist in Daredevil but don't.

1. Like mentioned in this post, the Battle of New York is mentioned to have caused Fisk to take advantage and rise to power. Both mentioned in the Netflix series and in Hawkeye. Meaning this was the exact same plotline.

2. AoS featured the Judas Bullets specifically introduced in Luke Cage. This is not the first influence of Netflix material. Being many others such as the Darkhold appearing in Runaways and AoS who then crossed over with Cloak & Dagger who also referenced specific Luke Cage events from the show. So Daredevil is not only not the only Netflix show referenced by other MCU material, but so many others get involved in the integrated canon of it all to say the movies are just in a separate one.

3. They show both the black suit and white suit transition to show which point in Fisk's history we are in during the Hawkeye flashbacks and present day scenes. Along with the unique cufflinks specific to this version of Fisk's past. For Daredevil, it's the unique trope of the hallway fight brought back, but probably will involve more for him specifically later.

Pretty good collection in the MCU.

I highly doubt that the Mexican Cartel mentioned in Avengers: Endgame is the same one seen in the Nerflix shows: it's not like there's only one cartel in all of Mexico.
