I'm not sure of the other questions, but Namor does actually call Namora by name at least once during his speech to all of Talokan declaring war on Wakanda.

Actually I don't even think in the movies it was confirmed they were cousins. Sure their names are basically the same and there's no reason to think otherwise, but I still don't think it was confirmed.
