Yup, it's still possible. There's a lot of empty spaces in the MCU's slate for Phase 6. How likely it is is anyone's guess at the minute though.

From what I've heard, Shang-Chi 2 will actually set up Kang Dynasty, and be titled Shang-Chi and the Wreckage of Time.

I don't think there is much space for Shang-Chi 2 to be released before Kang Dynasty. It is currently set to release in May 2025, and before there is still a packed 2023 and 2024, as well as the Fantastic Four movie in February 2025. At best it could be released before Secret Wars (there is a couple of 2025 release slots that are left to be filled).

The pattern of those giant rings surrounding that city in the Quantummania trailers looks 100% exactly like those of the Ten Rings. And also the rings surrounding Kang's "throne" looks like the Ten Rings. That city is probably the property of Kang, and I even think that could be the city where the TVA HQ is located, and the city in the bubble from Ant-Man And The Wasp...
