^He's not been a member as far as I'm aware, but it would be interesting.

He would definitely be a great addition to the team. I think he would be a great contrast to John Walker.

The Hood from Ironheart will be a team member.

Punisher was a member on Ross's version of the team.

I don't think it's about spoilers though. Aside from Ross who was revealed a bit later. It's more just the factor that these are mainly the villains suited to this team in this universe. Bullseye might fit in the comics, but in the shows and films, Norman didn't put this together. Plus in general, it will mostly not be filled with characters from television aside from John Walker.

Due to the fact Harrison Ford is in the movie I believe Red Hulk is now a more likely possibility

As for the villain Baron Zemo could be the main antagonist but Daniel Brühl has already talked Zemo's absence in the movie unless he was playing trick and he is actually in the movie

As for other members who could join the Thunderbolts I am not really sure who else could be on the team maybe Punisher could be

I think Bullseye is pretty likely, the release dates of DD: BA and Thunderbolts are just too close together to not be a coincidence.

I mean She-Hulk was at the end of this Phase and Planet Hulk is still worlds away here. So situations that more correlate to that level is stuff like Ironheart being slightly after Black Panther.

If no members end up getting added to the team, I'd genuinely laugh after all this. Honestly though, it's a possibility. I'm just not sure how likely it is right now.

I think Marvel said a few characters we haven't seen yet will be part of the lineup. That was before the roster reveal at D23 but I think that would still be true.
