I just watched Loki and it's talking about time variants. When the Avengers went back in time to get the infinity stones did they create a time branch? If so does that mean the OG timeline still lives with the blipped being still gone 😱 I'm confused

No, that was supposed to happen. That's what Ravonna said. But in a What If...? scenario, that could happen if they didn't go back in time.
@Ewysgarcoyustcrouiwetsnro Ohhh ok thank you for explaining!
No, the timeline the 2023 avengers screwed around in was pruned at the beginning of loki. So it was effectively debranched
Yeah the Earth 616 timeline was destroyed - we see it fading away at the end of Endgame after old Steve Rogers returns. The new timeline is Earth 616b, an alternate timeline where Thanos, disappears during the war for New York, meaning he never snaps.
Essentially, everyone that they saved (who died from the snap) came back for five minutes and then doesn’t exist anymore, as well as anyone who survived.
Also, there is a 3rd timeline in which Loki steals the tesseract.
@Esa Tuiqali Ok thxs! But another question, since Thanos died in the battle of New York how come everyone has the same memories? Is it because everyone is from the OG 616 therefore same people different timeline. And isn't that how Steve going back and living with Peggy didn't fuck it up, since he already screwed with it enough?
@-Max4Life-Lexii- They're joking, or didn't pay attention to Endgame.
@Ewysgarcoyustcrouiwetsnro Ok because at first I was like "But Hulk snapped and they came back then Thanks came back with Nebula in a portal and war happened." I get the whole thing now, take me a while because this whole thing is CONFUSING, but it makes sense now 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What do you think?
