Time works differently on sakaar, but skarr is generally 12-16
He could only had possibly been born between 2015 and 2018, so like it or not there’s no other possibles. Not to mention they explicitly mention how time works differently on Sakaar
I mean, he could have been born after that. We don't know if Hulk returned to Sakaar... its implied he didn't, but still.
Skaar also ages fast in the comics.
