How exactly Josh collected Jen's blood? I know that he would have used that new syringe but even if Jen's sleeping wouldn't she know whether someone is putting a syringe inside her or not ?

Plus this is Tatiana Maslany. She's used to it in her roles by now. Might as well add "gets her blood drained in her sleep" as one of the things that are a part of her roles.
