Namor won't be the main antagonist. He wasn't in the comics and I doubt he will be here. Plus, the actor has already said he is an anti-hero not a villain in the movie. The main villain will most likely be Attuma. And then above him there is a certain someone who is probably behind it all and is the overall villain bit I won't spoil who. A Trevor Slattery style (plus Captain Marvel element) twist would be like the whole Talocan thing is a fraud. They are actually Kree! And why the fake Namor is not blue? Yon-Rogg wasn't so you tell me. They secretly occupied underwater lands somewhere beneath South Atlantic Ocean. The real Namor will show up in a post-credits scene, played by a different actor and being a real Atlantean.
