Honestly Marvel Studios doesn’t seem very interested in killing heroes, so there is high likely chance that they all will be safe.

Guardians of the Galaxy suppose to have some deaths, as this is the end for this team of Guardians, but still think Rocket might be safe because he is easier to bring back and likely to go on more missions with Groot. Still think Drax is done because I don’t think Dave wants to keep playing the role. Also not sure about Starlord.

I agree that Black Widow is not getting a trilogy. Yelena is her own character and probably not going to be the new Black Widow.
