Who else thinks Xu Wenwu is Genghis Khan?

Forgive me if this question has already been asked, but isn't Genghis Khan and Xu Wenwu one and the same? I know he only referred to himself as "Master Khan" when listing his titles over the years, but I feel like it was pretty clear, being that Genghis Khan quite literally means "Great Khan" or "Master Khan." I know it also refers to him as "the Last Khan," but I just thought he pulled off a Kingo and made everyone think the khans were multiple people.

I'm aware of the "Master Khan" villain in the comics, but I don't think it would fit very well in the MCU.

What do you all think?

Genghis Khan is Mongolian. Wenwu is Chinese.

But there were Mongolian symbols in the Ten Rings branch in Afghanistan (apparently). Maybe he was able to disguise himself as a Mongolian. Having lived thousands of years before Genghis Khan, he would hsve had time to learn Mongolian.

The Ten Rings were changed from Mongolian to Chinese due to it being offensive to the Mongolians. (What the Mongolian Government said in a letter to Marvel Studios)

It would be crazy if he was, since it's estimated that there are 16 million people alive today who are descendants of Genghis Khan. Hell, Patton Oswalt is one of them:

@Ewysgarcoyustcrouiwetsnro But Wenwu gets called Khan, and I know it's also a title given to rulers in Asia but we know that Loki was DB Cooper, so maybe Wenwu can also be Genghis Khan.

Unless Marvel changed the Mongolian lettering in the original Iron Man movie, the lettering still sticks out.
