Oscars are dumb and run by biased old people who like to give the same people awards over and over again.

Technically @Bruce Wayne of Earth-1 when I googled it it said that Spider-Man 2002 won just more than effects Danny Elfman won 2 awards for his sound track and many more

Because the mcu isn't exactly oscar worthy imo. They're great pop-corn movies and are enjoyable a lot of the time, but Oscar worthy? No, not really.

I think @People get up and drive your funky soul is right on this. We don't have to judge the whole mcu on having or not having oscars. There are more important things than winning a price, like telling a good story that a lot of people can enjoy and talk about. That will have more impact than a price people will probably forget.

Honestly the whole awards for validation thing is not a great mindset imo. A movie or a tv series doesn’t need some fancy award for it to be recognized and beloved by millions of people. I stopped watching award shows years ago when I realized that a lot legitimately good movies and shows weren’t going to win an award that they should’ve won.

Really? Let me see if I get this right: you think that because no MCU film has won an Oscar (a stupid award show to begin with), you think that makes it a terrible movie?

Just because no MCU movie has yet to win an Oscar doesn’t mean it’s a bad movie for God’s sake.

Yes, and barely any superhero movies in general don’t win Oscar awards.

And Marvel movies are still great with critics (every Phase 4 show and almost every movie is fresh, yes, even Thor the Dark World).

These shows on Disney+ are sending the MCU down the crapper.
