The temple collapsed on her. Unless she was invulnerable, there’s really no way to live through that. And I doubt that she shielded herself because it looks like she meant to kill herself.

Dude she's one of the most powerful characters in the MCU, if not the most powerful
Invulnerability is not one of her powers.
