The temple collapsed on her. Unless she was invulnerable, there’s really no way to live through that. And I doubt that she shielded herself because it looks like she meant to kill herself.

There was a flash of red light as the temple collapsed, like Wanda used her magic to shield herself or teleport away. I don’t think she meant to kill herself, I think she just meant to destroy the darkholds.
Fr tho, Wanda is dead, it wasn't even sad because she was a bitch in MoM. She fucking killed people because she wanted to be with her children, even tho her children don't even exist in the main universe.
Because it's the MCU. If you don't see them die, see a dead body or they're Loki then they are not dead.
A similar thing happened to Maria Rambeau/Captain Marvel when Wanda killed her, and it was signified that Captain Marvel died because of her hand becoming lifeless under the rubble, we never saw anything similar to that with Wanda. And there was obviously the red flash when it happened as well.
I would be ok with Wanda surviving and also probably shocked if everyone else didn't also fake their death every other Wednesday to prank the audience.
@Greater good and @TheD00dlebug , I don't know if any of you know what The Casagrandes is, but on The Loud House Encyclopedia, I tell everyone on that wiki about a robot named Robbie. Robbie didn't re-appear in another episode since 2020 but re-appeared in an episode this year 2022. I know this isn't Marvel related but I comparing Robbie with Pietro Maximoff/Quicksilver. One-time characters should always have a chance to come back and I want Pietro back in the MCU.
@JMATIUAS How is Aaron Taylor-Johnson supposed to play Quicksilver again when he now looks like this? He's too bulky, whereas a speedster needs to have a lean build. Warner Bros. are very likely to replace Ezra Miller as the Flash given the controversy surrounding them, but this would be like if they replaced them with the Mountain from Game of Thrones!
@Greater good . I mean they could make Pietro bulky and strong like Captain America if they brought Pietro back in the MCU.
Honestly he isn't even that buff. He's got a great physique for a character like Barry Allen from the comics
Although he usually looks more svelte, there's nothing that says Quicksilver HAS to be thin. He could carry some muscle and still be a speedster.
Bringing him back is the issue. They've waited a little too long now.
If they'd brought him back earlier, they COULD have used his increased metabolism and that side of his powers to explain that he'd slowly recovered from his injuries.
If they'd done it during the Infinity Saga, it could have been explained using the stones.
If they'd found an option during WandaVision, they could have explained it through Wanda's powers.
Their only obvious options now are Wanda returning with more control over her powers, and resurrecting him. Not a bad option, but they'll have to explain his aging and physique. Not to mention, they'll have to explain how that's OK given her story.
OR they use the multiverse, which will feel like a cop-out no matter how they handle it.
OR they keep him dead, which sucks, but does at least serve to keep death a threat, and keeps the characters "avenging" forever more.
@Greater good They don't always have a lean build. Look at the 90s flash played by John Wesley Shipp, he's pretty buff
What do you think?
