Would’ve been cooler if Strange had gained the power to fully beat Wanda one-on-one instead of the teenage girl throwing a few punches then being stopped by one blockage.

Honestly I hated the final battle of the movie because it was all America's moment and Strange was just some side character in that scene
@Dutzdude She didn't learn anything from WandaVision due to the ending of the show where she is seen starting to read the Darkhold in the post-credits scene and hears Billy and Tommy cry for help which in retrospect can be viewed as her first attempt to Dreamwalk but if you have a problem with that part blame WandaVision not Multiverse of Madness
^yep. Going off and dedicating yourself to reading the Darkhold is near enough to the opposite of realising that you did wrong.
Wanda needed support of some kind and a therapist after Wandavision, not a cursed tome that corrupts people.
Sometimes furthering the plot and completing character arcs is better than a cool fight scene. Not every movie has to end with a big final battle.
And we already got a badass moment with strange right before that with him turning the souls of the damned into a cloak.
Agreed - that was amazing visually. Not saying that’s the case here with the op, but it feels like the only real reason to be upset that the movie didn’t culminate in a decisive fight between Wanda and Strange would be if you care less about the plot and more about who can beat up who.
I liked the final battle because it was not like most of the finals, the victory moment over antagonist here was when Chavez made Wanda realise her wrong motive. If the battle was about what you're suggenting, one-on-one, it would be pretty much like every other marvel movie that has massive battle in 3rd act (that not always needs it, like Shang-Chi), or be same vs. same, like a lot of marvel movies do anyway.
It's a silly girl power movie what did you expect.
That is the most immature and childish criticism of a movie I have ever seen.
Talkin about me or the OP?
What do you think?
