To be honest, this is my first post, and I even admitted this probably has been done before. And why not stop at Incredible Hulk? We can any part of the MCU that casting changes into a different universe. I assume that the events in the main universe took place exactly the same way but with the “main” actor (so Iron Man had Don Cheadle in the main universe and Terrence Howard in another, and so on).

Everything else in the Incredible Hulk (as noted here like Abomination and story because of references from other MCU properties) is canon.

I mean Thanos also changes appearance. Not only was he not played by Josh Brolin in The Avengers, but his face also looks different in IW and Endgame, than he does in Guardians of the Galaxy, Age of Ultron and The Avengers... we have a scene in Endgame set in 2014 shortly before Thanos appearance in GotG v1, chronologically. Does it really matter? No, not really.

Well, it can. Just pretend they’re the same and the other actor is another universe’s version which otherwise works exactly the same way.

The in universe explanation is that they look the same to the characters. That’s all you can really say
