Black Panther
It’s a fine movie, T’Challa was great as always (same goes to Chadwick), Killmonger is legit one of my favorite MCU villains, I just like what they did with his character (tho it could’ve been better, and in a sense I prefer his version in What If…? a lot more), and he’s very interesting, and Michael B Jordon did a good job with what he had. However, there are many problems with it, including it’s pacing, writing, and story in general. Shuri is fine, but she can get grating at times. I don’t get why Ross was included, he doesn’t really enhance the plot that much. I like Claue, and I’m glad to see him in this movie (and it makes sense), but I feel like he was kinda underutilized.
At times it feels too slow, and like nothing is even happening, sometimes it feels too fast and even kinda predictable.
Idk, I feel like it’s overrated. I’m glad people like it, and I’m glad that a black superhero got their own movie, but it feels like it could have been way better than it is
I would very much keep Endgame and GOTG, those are two of my favorite MCU films, despite their flaws, and I really enjoy Winter Solider, too.
