At the end of Endgame the Avengers disbanded. No one is currently a member.

Currently there are no more Avengers and this was established in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Spider-Man is being hounded by people asking him if he is the head Avenger because to the public Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America and Vision all died. Mysterio chose now to ennact his plan to be seen as the world's greatest superhero because not only because Tony was dead but because the premiere super team was disbanded.
