I wouldn’t be surprised if Celestials can alter their height or at least alter the perception of how people view them. Essentially they could make people see them as taller or smaller than they are. The height (compared to Earth) is most likely just to be imposing. Judging from the picture, if the very top of the Earth was inline with the very top of Arishems head, the bottom of the Earth might go down to his pelvis? Regardless of exact height, let’s just say he’s 1.5x as tall as Earth, what happens when he appears in-front of other planets that are 5x the size of Earth? They should then be taller/longer than Arishem right? But they most likely aren’t, at least I don’t think so. I think they can just appear however they want. In their true form, as any height/size etc.
