That would be a spoiler for the movie, I guess that the next Blank Panther will be developed in the film and it'll be a surprise for us who it ends up being.

I think it might be either Shuri or M'Baku

I'm not the biggest Shuri fan so I hope it's M'Baku, but maybe this movie will change my opinion on her.

Also do we know if Bucky will be in it?

For all we know there could be a power struggle or another ceremonial fight for the title of Black Panther. If we already know who’s going to be the next Black Panther then that fight will have no tension.

Maybe they're waiting until either SDCC 2022, D23 2022, or until the first trailer which technically should come before both of these.
