So apparently nobody else has heard that Disney+ randomly edited out two instances of blood and violence from Falcon and The Winter Soldier episode 3 (the one with much worse violence) months after release with no prompting and no real logic.
A guy now gets shot without a gunshot wound and a woman is pinned to the wall without anything pinning her to a wall. What a bizarre move.
Anyways, it prompted me to make this meme so I hope y'all enjoy.
What this means for past and future shows on Disney+ is anyones guess right now. Disney have edited films and TV shows on the platform before, but this was a program explicitly made under the rules of the Disney+ brand anyway, so it's a little odd that they self-censored with zero respect for the context of the scenes and with no option to see the original.
