This is a me thing but I do not like the idea of Bucky using the White Wolf name as a code name because it makes him feel more like a Black Panther character rather than a Captain America character although he shouldn't use the Winter Soldier code name either anymore really I think after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier finished Bucky should retire from active duty all together

Cool picture but I don't think they have to give Bucky the suit...I think they have to make White Wolf it's own character like the comics since Bucky left Wakanda and teamed-up with Wakanda's Public Enemy #1 and the fact T'Challa died between Endgame and Wakanda Forever since actor Chadwick Boseman passed away...

I like the concept, but for Bucky now(as in where we left off in my knowledge) no. I think he's come to peace with the name The Winter Soldier. If Bucky wants to in the future maybe.

I'm stuck on the White Wolf thing. At the moment, I don't think he should use that codename. He's spent so much time as the Winter Soldier that he deserves to just be himself and use his own name again. The reference in Black Panther should just be a nod to the comics.
