For recap Jaden smith is will smith’s son and has been in a few projects but is 100% a nepotism baby. Jaden posted a photo of him in a Spider-Man mask a few months ago I believe was the timeline amidst casting rumours for him as miles. Then will added more saying that Jaden was “gearing up to be in a huge movie franchise in something ppl will have wanted to see”
I do not want Jaden smith to play a live action miles morales. I think he is slightly too old for a long term role (thinking a trilogy and stuff) and miles was 14 when he got his powers! As i mentioned above he is also a nepotism baby. My main concern is the wrong representation. Miles is Afro-Latino and Jaden is not. My main choice would be miles brown, who is still a established actor and fits all the criteria to play miles. This would be a HUGE miss on Sony and marvel’s part if thats who they cast as miles. I rlly hope they recast him if jaden is indeed playing miles because as much as i have heard, the fans dont want jaden either.
