Because those are the names given to the Elementals. The Far From Home crew (and merchandise) revealed the Fire Elemental is called Molten Man & the Water one is Hydro-Man; Watts later gave us Sandman while another source iirc confirmed the Air was called Cyclone.

@Heartz13 We have two Sandmans; one is the name Beck's crew gave to their Elemental, and the other Sandman came from another universe. It's not odd that both beings would be called a "sandman".

Flint Marko is the real Sandman from another universe. The Sandman in the MCU is the Elemental from Spider-Man: Far From Home

Those elementals are fictional...

Mysterio’s Crew never actually called the elementals by any other name in the film, that with the name given to them outside of the film!

@Heartz13 Well, not in the film, but apparently that was what they are named in canon.
