POTENTIAL SPOILERS (DISCUSSING RUMOURS, SOME OF WHICH MAY BE TRUE).

I realised the Multiverse of Madness actor/character rumours had got completely out of control and way beyond what I had kept up with. So I decided to spend some time going through every rumour I could find to compile a list, along with the sources and the dates they reported their rumours.

I thought I would share it, in case it's helpful/of interest.

A few notes before I begin:

• I separate out characters, actors, exact information about character, etc.. That doesn't mean these things (if true) are separate, just they could be, with the information not being confirmed as one and the same. For example, Shuma-Gorath = Gargantos, it's pretty clear it's Gargantos and they got mixed up. But just no assumptions in the listing of anything, just to keep it as clear and simple as possible (because it's already complicated enough, and not to accidentally mislead anyone by jumping to a conclusion). Another example, Professor X of unknown non-199999 reality = Patrick Stewart as Professor X of unknown non-199999 reality obviously. But just keeping to a system, separating the rumours that do and don't specify the actor, just in case they're different things in any of the cases...

• That includes not assuming that just because an actor is rumoured, that they are definitely portraying the exact version of a character they portrayed before, or even that character at all necessarily. Or not assuming that just because an MCU character is rumoured, that they naturally come with the actor. Probably, sure... but with this film we just don't know. Again, keeping it direct and as simple as possible, no assumptions.

• "Unknown reality" means anything. It could be obvious, could just mean 199999... I just don't want to assume anything prematurely. Does not mean a contradiction to another rumour about which reality a character might come from. Simply means this rumour did not specify the reality of the character, so theoretically could refer to someone else.

• I'm using "(Possibly)" to mean the source themselves indicated it wasn't definite, so it's a rumour within a rumour. Not to say "Well this one's possibly true, the others are definitely true" because no, three-quarters of these are probably not true.

• I only specify the reality/Variant for characters we've seen on-screen before, since these are the cases where it's important to note the difference. If it's a new character like, say, Rintrah, it doesn't really matter what universe they're from. The universe thing is about distinguishing the different versions of characters.

• Most of these will be untrue (including definitely the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. characters, guys, that was one of the least believable "leaks", don't get excited by one nonsense 4chan made up "leak"). I am certainly not saying all these rumours are reliable, in the slightest. Just being comprehensive.

• Date format is English DD/MM/YY.
