I agree with OP, although I think He who Remains had a terrible place in the plot.

I also really enjoyed Ikaris as a villain.

I will say, if we get another mystery identity villain in Phase Four (besides in Secret Invasion), I’m going to lose my mind. Agatha, Power Broker, He Who Remains, Taskmaster, Ikaris, Kingpin, Eleanor Bishop… enough is enough lol

Kro isn’t a main villain, Ikaris is.

@SonOfAres1 Every Show in 2021 has had a last episodes main villain reveal that was obvious from the start. It's getting very annoying

The best was definitely Ren Wu and green goblin and infinity Ultron also maybe surpreme.strange when MoM is out

The worst is surprisingly kingpin lizard

The aspect of Kro representing the deviants as a misunderstood race could’ve been an interesting storyline, they just handled it wrong, Ikaris was a pretty good character in my opinion

Any of the sinister 6 are the best with Wen wu.

Best is Either Green Goblin or Dreykov because it is nice to have a Pure Evil Villian that isn't a God like Ego and there is no one in the MCU other then maybe Ego is more evil that Dreykov.

Worse-There isn't really been a "Bad Villian" in Phase 4 since I don't Count Karli or Taskmaster as Villians. The only one I Can say is Kro but I haven't Seen Eternals yet so I can't really comment on that yet lol.

Karli Morgenthau is quite possibly one of the worst villains ever
