No, they say when they do the spell originally that everyone in their world is about to forget. Otherwise they'd be implying that Doctor Strange has the power to brainwash the entire multiverse.

As cool as the trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was, it would have been great if there had been a post-credits scene where you just see a door, which opens to reveal Mr. Ditkovich, who simply asks "Rent?".

I am not going to lie, I genuinely wondered how amazing it would be if Mr. Ditkovich showed up in that last scene where Peter gets the apartment.

They could have done it, since Elya Baskin is still acting. He's actually going to be in the next season of Stranger Things.
