Enjoyed the movie. There should definitely be an extended cut though. The pacing was fast as hell and as a result I think we might’ve lost a certain courtroom/trial scene.

One of the best Spider-Man movies! I love all. I loved Matt Murdock's cameo, but most of all the 3 Spider-Man interaction and how they followed their stories. Here I didn't get the impression that the secondary characters were leftovers in the story. But the best were the villains, they had a good execution.

I cried a lot with this movie, it reminded me of many things. I'm very happy.

Now we have to wait for the animated series where we will learn about Peter's past and the possible fourth movie that may be about Venom.

Yeah it's more the culture of "man in the mask" heroics. Everyone wants the hero they idolise to be like them, which is why so many white people are struggling with the diversification across Hollywood, because they can no longer make the film all about them. (This is by a white guy. If that statement offends you, maybe question your reaction rather than the statement.)

Having said that, The follow-up line "there's got to be a black Spider-Man somewhere" is DEFINITELY a reference to Miles.

Any theories on the next Spider-Man film then? I'm curious how long they'll have MJ and Ned in the dark about Peter. Also considering Oscorp isn't a thing in the MCU, and Ned has now lost his connection to Peter, that Hobgoblin theory is looking pretty strong.

@TheD00dlebug I don't know if I can see Ned becoming Hobgoblin. Even without his connection to Peter, I think he's too kind for that story. He doesn't have Harry's arrogance and selfishness, which were a big part of him becoming Hobgoblin.

@Lior06 that's true, but the actor has said he'd like to do the story so it could happen. Maybe college without his best friend takes a toll on him or something. No idea how they'd make it work, but people do change during college.
