Yeah but the fact that the president was elected at all after publicly making fun of the disabled and threatening to hurt or nuke other people is an incredibly dark situation. I don't want to get political in this fun conversation about a superhero film, but that entire situation is just evidence that money buys influence, which is what Flash and his rich family could potentially do in this.

Easily the greatest Spider-Man movie ever made.

@RedRoom1984 @Gordon EFFING Ramsay The Netflix shows were cancelled because Netflix had to pay Marvel some pretty hefty licensing fees in order to make them and they didn't think they were getting a big enough return on their investment.

@Greater good Actually it was because Netflix and Disney cut off pretty much all ties with each other following the first Disney+ announcement (although existing contracts were still carried out).

Movie was epic as hell! Loved seeing Andrew and Tobey return. It was completely mind blowing. Although it really bothers me how Tom’s Peter doesn’t mention how he had an Uncle Ben when Tobey brings up his own. I’m starting to think that he doesn’t even exist in that world.

Just saw it! I’m so mad at marvel. Why would they kill aunt may. I understand but i dont think i will get over it. I loved Marisa tomei as aunt may. It more sense to me for may to be younger, aunt’s aren’t normally grandma’s! (Even tho thats how it was in the comics) everyone forget not just who Spider-Man is, but peter Parker all together. Now hes gotta live on his own, he probably cant go to college. My original thoughts was that because of his stark connections he would be able to pay for it but nope.

Im so happy they did the meme. Like happier than seeing Andrew and Tobey. I was also really excited for the web shooter conversation. Hilarious. Honestly one of the funniest marvel movies. Maybe even the funniest. My first thought was that tobey got super old and i havent noticed lol.

I love that he finally made his own suit! A big complaint from the Tom holland movies was that he didnt make his own, he got all his from stark. It’s nice to see him using skills that we know he had in the comics, since he was pretty independent doing things like that with no one to really help him. Not into the blue glittery part of the suit tho. I liked the more modern low key one. Looked better and cooler.

Ya know thats exactly what i was thinking. But then again in Far from home he had ben Parker’s luggage so i think he did have a ben but this spider version wants to move away from that origin cause its so repetitive and everyone knows the story
