Bringing back Pietro would cheapen the development Wanda went through due to that event. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Pietro was underutilised in the MCU, but it's very unlikely that they will bring back Pietro, at least the Pietro we know.

Doctor Strange would definitely be able to help in these situations. Depending on what happens, seeing Pietro again might set Wanda off even more. Just because Wanda is stronger than Doctor Strange doesn't mean he wouldn't be able to help, especially considering he's much more skilled and knowledgeable about his abilities than Wanda is. (plus, Wanda is very much so a glass cannon, so it wouldn't be hard for Doctor Strange to knock her out if she went crazy like that.)

@SilverQuake616 Too right. As cool as it was to see Palpatine again, it was a really bad storytelling choice. Not only did it cheapen Anakin's sacrifice, the whole point of killing Snoke in the previous movie was so that Kylo could finally become the big bad, but then he just gets stuck playing second fiddle to Palpatine.

Besides, Aaron Taylor-Johnson is playing Kraven the Hunter in Sony's Spider-Man Universe. Not only could that lead to scheduling conflicts that could prevent him from playing Quicksilver again, but he probably chose the role because he gets to be the lead instead of part of an ensemble and because it's a much meatier role than the flat and underdeveloped one he played in the MCU. Furthermore, as you would probably guess from the fact that he's playing Kraven, he now a completely different physique. He's really big and bulky now and isn't lean like he was when he played Quicksilver.
