Im pretty sure gamora got snapped as they could not find her.

They left it pretty ambiguous about whether she died in Tony's Snap. There's a deleted scene that shows her alive afterwards, but it's possible either way.

Personally, I'm not a fan of this decision. I think it would have meant more for her to stay dead

Tony only targeted the snap towards Thanos’s followers, I don’t think it took Gamora since she was no longer on his side.

A deleted scene shows Gamora alive, and the Guardians are trying to find her.
