Jeff Garlin could play Uncle Ben, perhaps. He is just three years older than Marisa Tomei, so I think he fits.

America Ferrera could play Moira MacTaggert. I know Moira is Scottish in the comics, but it wouldn't be the first time character origins are changed in adaptations, so I think its fine. Rose Byrne is australian so.

Jeff Garlin I don't know. I'm used to seeing him hanging out on Curb Your Enthusiasm so maybe something sidekickish, like he does on that show? I don't know.

Gerard Butler would be a near-perfect Blade, I think. He could be a equally great Captain Britain. If we go to the villain side, he would be a awesome Blackheart or a Mephisto.
