Is it the Original Sinister Six - Doc Ock, Kraven, Electro, Sandman, Mysterio and Vulture? That seems nigh impossible, cause they'll have to bring back Mysterio, Vulture and will have to introduce Kraven the Hunter separately. It certainly cannot be the Sinister Seven or the Twelve.
I think it is more likely that they will bring out an entirely original version of the Six, still including Doc Ock, Electro and Sandman. Perhaps they will use Venom and Morbius as well. The last member may be Green Goblin, or some other.
