I don’t really think the situations could be swapped. Loki and Sylvie are certainly powerful enough to deal with Karli and the Flagsmashers, but Bucky and Sam? They would not stand a chance against He Who Remains. Hell, Bucky and Sam realistically wouldn’t even make it to the Citadel at the end of time because neither one can Enchant. Basically Alioth would’ve had a very nice lunch…assuming he could digest Bucky’s Vibranium arm.
