Wait so who is in the Hydra Stomper? I highly doubt that an 86 year old scrawny Steve Rogers is in it.
My guess is it's Steve Rogers on life support and frozen using the 1940s Marvel version of cryo freezing. Or maybe Howard Stark was able to harness whatever let Captain Carter not age a day and applied it to Steve.
