Exactly my point, they are indeed branches from the main MCU, but not direct ones, What If...? (due to the differences with the main timeline) means clearly they are branches of the branches of the branches.

You can see branch coming out a branch and another from another and so on. Nexus is called what if in here.

So it can be What if?'s What if?'s What if?'s What if?'s.............. And so on. The one thing I am saying all people out there from episode 1. It can be anything. Marvel studios can use this reason. So Stop worrying about plot holes and accuracies and just enjoy the show.

It's a multiverse anything is possible just like Ultron said.

I think maybe why some people are not getting it is because the first couple of episodes implied that it was always one choice that changed the universe. Especially the Captain Carter universe. I’m also just wondering if while you might be able to explain plot holes by saying it’s a branch or a branch, this doesn’t seem to be what was intended by the writers of each episode and it’s more likely that they just didn’t do their research when writing.

I do agree people shouldn't think too much about the inconsistencies with the main timeline, and the info we see in the episodes should not apply to the main counterparts.

• Well the writers didn't do their full research on showing the accuracies. I agree with it.

• But they can simply make that invalid by saying Anything is possible in Multiverse.

• Do you think Ultron randomly said in the show?

• This is want I assume the creators wanted to show new version of MCU heroes and villains and their own adventures. They don't want to say anything we already know and clarify what they did previous.

Only thing I say is stop worrying about it, just enjoy the new version of MCU. Actually it's not MCU anymore it's Marvel cinematic Multiverse.

I mean yeah, these realities are similar to the Sacred Timeline, but are also vastly different. We can clearly see many events were radically changed. Maybe in this timeline Thanos also loved Nebula and maybe she knew where the soul stone was.

We can only navigate with "maybes" at this level .

-Maybe Earth's series of events till AOU were roughly the same, but

-Thanos started his crusade much earlier and got the Power stone before it was taken to Xandar (maybe from Ronan), yet the Guardians were still formed with Gamora

-Thanos' defeated was still underwhelming to be fair, but maybe the loss of the loved one was just too recent and he was overwhelmed (what if Ultron amplified those emotions with mind stone then struck him)

Although what's worth noting, is what about the rest of the watchers? We know there are others.

Took me a few days to realize that place where Uatu was was the Nexus of All Realities which Selvig had scribbled on his chalkboard in Dark World. Pretty cool, that easter egg board still is being paid off.

Episode was great, very creepy vibes with this ultron. Also they seriously underpowered vision in the main mcu, even without all the stones he was able to kill the avengers in this one.

Would have loved to see what happend with wanda and pietro, could have maybe taken the place of Black widow and Hawkeye in this episode but not complaining to much cuz i love this duo to!

Can’t wait to see all the multiverse heroes team up next week! Might get some endgame level battle but i still think arnim zola is the one that will defeat ultron!

Except we don't see the branch of the branch. If anything the only example of this is when you show the two different outcomes from one episode. Like a Party Thor with the Ultron ending and one without, since we didn't see the without, that's still 1 branch.

Gotta love the takes basically saying, "It doesn't need to make sense, just consume." Sorry, but the inconsistencies are just as easily what can ruin the show for viewers. Like T'Challa being a Thanos level peace keeper out of nowhere (Not that it mattered since Ego winning means everyone dies)
