That's fair man, I get it. I haven't seen any of those conversations and wasn't aware this was a hot issue before now so apologies for bringing it up.
I will just say that Marvel has messed up before and fixed it in future installments so even if they HAVE created potential inconsistencies, they may eventually make them work together. So fingers crossed there
Thanks. I guess we'll see. I think you can improve it, I don't think you can entirely salvage it at this point.
It's just like the Pym Particles, which funnily enough was used to time travel in Endgame. They contradict their own explained rules. In fact in the Arrowverse, Savitar has said the funny thing about time travel is that the more you do it, the less the rules apply to you. Personally, I prefer consistent time travel logic. And the Pym Particles breaking the rules in the same movie that explained it is why Fairy Girl can't grow into human size anymore.
Avengers Time Travel involves a superhero team known as the Avengers time traveling, whereas TVA Time Travel features an organization known as the Time Variance Authority (or TVA for short) traveling through time.
I think Tempads are just a more refined and advanced version of time travel in quantum realm
@TheD00dlebug Some contradictions include:
Per Doctor Strange, it is possible to end up never having been born at all. In Endgame, killing baby Thanos and preventing him from existing is impossible.
This might have been justifiable by saying the Time Stone worked differently, until we get to Strange's What If...? episode, in which we learn that there are "absolute points" which cannot be changed (mostly ones that would lead to your ultimate destiny/grandfather paradox you), even though other changes are possible. So it's not possible to prevent yourself from being born, since that would grandfather paradox you and destroy the universe, even when using the Time Stone
Per Loki, He Who Remains planned the Time Heist but not Loki stealing the Tesseract. However, Loki stealing the Tesseract resulted in Steve and Tony going to Camp Lehigh. However, Loki establishes that the TVA would have simply pruned the timeline and the Avengers' actual path would be just getting the Tesseract from New York, so which is it?
These are just a few, and only mentions Marvel Studios properties (don't get me started on Runaways)
Marvel doesn't understand their own time travel laws
Averngers shrinkdown to sudatomic levels all the way down to the point that they enter time itsself The TVA just does it
@BEJT Thank you, I was hoping for that response! 😂
What do you think?
