Which is odd because there’s not really a point behind Quentin Beck not being his real name. I get them changing the names of the sex-swapped characters and some hero and villain codenames but the character we see in Spider-Man: Far From Home is still just Quentin Beck… yeah, his origin is different but, aside from that, the character is the same lmao

@Ewysgarcoyustcrouiwetsnro Mysterio just says "a guy named Quentin" while there's implication that his first name might not be Quentin, it isn't outright confirmed that it's a fake name, so until we get a hardcore confirmation, the name stays.

@Camdamelio As for Liz, the character was called merely called Liz during promotion to hide the Toomes twist. In the credits of the film, her mother is credited as Doris Toomes. Now if you have an actual link where the actress explicitly states "My character uses her mother's name of Allan" then you have a valid point, but if you just say "Oh the actress said this" without providing a link to a video interview as evidence, it wouldn't really be accepted. So we have no evidence Liz's mother Doris uses her birth name, and the film's credits show us she took Adrian's surname. Hence, Liz Toomes.

We have his page at Mysterio like with the other heroes and villains who used codenames. Should it matter whether Quinton Beck is his real name or not? We're not moving a page. But we can make a note of Quinton Beck possibly being an alias.

I feel like this might get a confirmation in No Way Home, since the whole thing with Mysterio has to be resolved before the multiverse stuff happens
