There's a lot of potential for "What If" when we take continuity from the shows into account. Some scenarios that intrigue me:
"What if...Graviton fought Thanos?" Could he have prevented the Snap?
"What If...Matt Murdock met Carl Creel and ran afoul of HYDRA?" Would he seek retribution for his father? Or would he join forces against HYDRA?
"What if Ghost Rider had arrived to help Wanda fight Agatha Harkness?"
"What if all of the Runaways had been Snapped except Chase Stein and that's why he's emo in the future? What if Chase Stein & Director Mack were both on the Avengers' Council at the beginning of Endgame?"
"What if Daisy Johnson met the Inhuman Royal Family?"
"What if the Skrulls found Maximus and enlisted his help against the Kree?"
"What if Madame Gao met Wenwu?"
"What if Coulson's Team met Agent Carter during Season 7?"
